Hotels.com are looking for a technically adept technical partner integrations manager to help our global affiliate marketing channels grow at a rapid rate. You will be responsible for analysing and evaluating the full spectrum of the current affiliate tracking and payment processes, business challenges, requests and opportunities. And then setting about recommending, prioritising and implementing the new approaches.
You will need to have an eye for detail, be able to see through ambiguity and complexity, keeping focused around the big picture.
Core competencies and work experience:
Ã¼ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Ã¼ Proficient in SQL for investigation, analysis and reporting
Ã¼ A strong technical business analyst ethos – proven to successfully work with non-technical business stakeholders to determine and document technical requirements
Ã¼ Detail-orientated with excellent problem-solving skills
Ã¼ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all areas
Ã¼ Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to identify, recommend and influence change
Ã¼ Proven experience in running projects end to end with minimal supervision and guidance
Preferable but not essential:
Ã¼ Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Omniture, Google Analytics)
Ã¼ Experience with tag management technologies (Ensighten preferable, but also Tealium, Google Tag Manager, TagMan etc.)
Ã¼ Experience with web development technologies such as PHP, MySql, Web Server technologies
Ã¼ Experience in affiliate / performance marketing
