We are seeking a new client administrator to join our friendly office for an immediate start! You will be acting as an IFA administrator providing support to both the director and the rest of the team.
The company are a boutique IFA who have been at the forefront of their market for over 20 years! You will receive fantastic exposure to experienced professionals in the industry in an office that has a clear family feel.
When successful you will be responsible for:
Providing administrative support to your new team and also the Director of the business
Assembling and inputting data: assisting in the client review process
Liaising with key Providers and Insurance Companies both over the phone, email and face-to-face
Processing new business communicating with clients and providers
General office administration
Upkeep and maintenance of client records on the database
To be successful in this role you will need:
To have a minimum of six months experience working within an IFA
Good knowledge of MS Word & Excel packages
The ability to work to tight deadlines
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A self-motivated attitude
In return you will be offered a salary of Â£25,000 per annum plus private medical insurance and pension plan.
