An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our client, based in Tadcaster, as a Customer Service Advisor.
Taking incoming calls, not only logging calls for customers if they need technical assistance but you will also be provided with extensive training to enable you to provide advice over the phone to diagnose simple problems instantly.
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* Answering the telephone and dealing with urgent customer queries
* Seeking a resolution for the customer and transferring them to the correct department
* Data input
* Liaising with internal departments for updates in order to feedback accurate information to the customers
You must possess excellent communication skills for this role, with a focus on customer satisfaction, be able to prioritise accordingly and be hard working. You must enjoy working as part of a team and be an efficient and well-organised individual.
Working the following shifts totaling a 14 hour week:
Tuesday: 8.30am – 1.30pm
Wednesday: 10am – 3pm
Saturday: 8am – 1.30pm
In return, the client is offering an annual salary of Â£7513.62 with excellent benefits.
