My client, an Edinburgh letting agent, is looking for Maintenance Co-ordinator.

This is role involves a considerable amount of working from a self-made schedule so time management and an ability to prioritise effectively is essential. You will handle the maintenance workload for 4 property managers alongside the urgent requirements of tenants and the weekly/monthly checks that must be completed. This is a very busy position so the ideal candidate will keep calm under pressure and have the ability to organise yourself.

Experience in working in maintenance or in the lettings business though preferred is not essential. It will be necessary for you to work as the go between person for tenants and landlords so being able to provide excellent customer service is a must. The candidate should be a real team-player and not shy away from helping out with other duties if needed including answering phone-calls about viewings and carrying out viewings if need be.

The standard working hours are 9-5.30 with the occasional Saturday.
