Francis Consultancy is a small boutique recruitment agency based in Fulham, West London. Due to company expansion we are urgently recruiting for a dynamic graduate to take on the role of Office Manager.

This is a varied role and we are looking for a proactive, hardworking individual with exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

The Office Manager will:

Be the main point of contact for mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
Schedule meetings and organise office operations and procedures
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, guests and clients
Office maintenance – stationary, kitchen supplies etc.
On boarding staff – organise training, set up equipment, passes
Providing full administration support to the Director and Consultants
The ideal Office Manager will have:

A strong academic background – ideally a graduate (or College leaver) who studied Marketing, HR, Management, Digital Media, Business Studies, or similar degrees.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and will also be IT savvy.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Previous office admin experience with an interest in recruitment, sales and marketing
Previous sales or customer service experience is useful, as is an interest in digital media and online marketing.
