Based in Reading, Berkshire and paying up to Â£50,000 PLUS 10% BONUS AND EXCELLENT BENEFITS join the private Telecoms division of this global organisation as Bid Manager
As part of their sales expansion plan we are seeking a Bid Manager to join their team. Working closely with the Account Directors you will support them to pursuit sales opportunities by effectively managing bids across the Telecoms business. You will be responsible for delivering high quality tenders, managing key internal stakeholders and having a direct impact on bid success rate. You will also be accountable for building virtual teams.
With extensive knowledge of bid methodology, you’ll have significant experience of managing high value bids in excess of Â£1m in a large organisation. You’ll be able to influence decisions and quickly build gravitas with senior colleagues and customers. You will have a successful track record of operating across a range of Telecoms and IT related business markets to generate integrated service solutions for large corporate, public sector and occasional wholesales accounts, and will have demonstrable leadership skills to drive the work of collaborative virtual teams in planning, designing and delivering solicited proposals and tender responses.
