Before you apply our client is looking for a Service Support candidate with experience within Telecoms / Communications or IT Services sector.
Experience of working in a customer facing role in an IT Services Provider environment.
Day to day..
Provide management and of issues raised by customers without a dedicated Service Manager
Logging and managing customer complaints through to resolution.
Review of service management reporting, including monthly contractual service levels and service utilisation metrics
Engaging with additional resources when required, eg. specialist teams or colleagues in order to drive the resolution of customer issues.
Liaise with colleagues to ensure best practice and continual improvement in delivery of services.
Communicating across organisational boundaries – from engineers through senior managers
Liaising with clients to carry out customer satisfaction surveys on a regular basis
Compliance with company information security policies and procedures,
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Experience of creating reports
Experience of working in a customer-facing role in an IT Services Provider environment.
Familiarity with ITIL or other industry standard Service Management frameworks would also be really useful
Experience of forming productive relationships and networks at an operational level to support and maintain best service performance to clients
An ability to work independently and in a disciplined fashion in order to meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
