Are you able to support the Registered Manager in implementing processes and procedures into the home as well as supporting with well-led person centred plans?

We are looking to recruit an experienced Manager or Deputy to support the existing Registered Manager, in implementing the enhanced care requirements into an established care home for the elderly.
The initial contract will be up to 3 months, but could be extended.
You will be required to: –
Support the Manager in leading and managing a team of care and support workers
Ensure all care standards are met at the highest level
Have the ability to be able to demonstrate your experience in person centred care and coach this through to the team on site
Understand and execute the required CQC compliance standards
Support ing in the recruitment process
General support to the Registered Manager
The home is set within beautiful grounds in Leicester. This role will suit an individual who has high energy and a can do attitude.
You will also have the requirements and needs of the residents as the priority of everything that you do.
