This is an excellent customer service role for our company, so you will be answering the phones in a call centre, in a team, under a team leader and helping the customers with enquiries, questions and any problems and complaints they may have.
The type of things we are looking for are in our customer service employees are:
Friendly – You need this to be able to make connections and friendships with our customers so that when they talk to you, they’ll be satisfied with the service given.
Well spoken/good communication skills – People will need to be able to understand you so they can have their problem solved or their issues listened to.
There are some more qualities our customer service employees must possess but these will be in your personality and we will see these in your interview. All you need to think about to be successful is what qualities you need to be able to effectively do your job talking to people and getting problems solved within this customer service call centre.

This job role is Â£15,400 a year Customer service role as you have read above, although the salary does rise after your probation. Upon starting this role you do get certain benefits and rewards and then as you progress through the role the benefits do increase and become even better in quality as a well done and as a thank you.
You work 40 hours a week between 7am to 11pm, rotating shifts, you will work 1 Saturday in every 3 and 1 Sunday in every 6.
You must pass a crb and credit cheque to be able to do this role.
