A new position has become available for a Customer Service Executive / Account Manager. This position is based in Reading for a world leading organisation in the distribution of software components and software development tools, with an established customer base in more than 170 countries. They are now expanding their European Sales and Customer Service teams.

JOB TITLE: Customer Service Executive / Account Manager
LOCATION: Reading
SALARY: £22,000 – £28,000 + performance bonus
BENEFITS: Private medical insurance, life insurance and critical illness insurance

The ideal Customer Service Executive / Account Manager will possess:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively
* Competency in a foreign language advantageous but not essential
* Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
* Previous customer service or account management experience in a similar role in an IT company advantageous but not essential

As a Customer Service Executive / Account Manager you will be responsible for the following:
* Advising Customers on software product licensing, prices, payment information, order status
* Identifying customer software licensing needs, through to the issuing of a price quotation, quote follow up and winning the business
* Accurate sales order processing and licence delivery
* Maintaining and expanding customer database encouraging use of new and existing services
* Analysing and reporting Customer feedback
