Responsibilities

Negotiation and drafting of contracts
Ensure database is appropriately maintained – including assisting in validating newly programmed contract requirements/ helping to build out the ICD database to support the follow-up and review of PV agreements/PV sensitive contracts for now and future (incorporation of PV templates in the future)
Support contract searches for internal use and inspection etc
Maintain renewal and notification processes for all contract agreements
Provide general ad hoc contract support
Expereince and Requirements

Relevant legal experience and miniumum of legal secretary level
Ability to read and write at a professional legal level
Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision, accountability for timely completion and quality of work
Excellent IT, communication and organization skills.
