My client, a leading name within Facilities, require two PPM Administrator’s to help support their busy team. This role will be out to interview over the next couple of days with the view to an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will be a strong multi-tasker, have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills between the client and their colleagues and be able to pick up in a fast paced environment.

You will have strong IT skills namely Word and Excel and will have previous Facilities experience. You will be responsible for the following:

Scheduling engineers
Uploading doccuments
PPM Administration
Looging jobs
Chasing clients for information
Raising PO Numbers
