The job itself will be based at their head office and the client is looking for up to 10 staff to work various hours in their customer service contact centre.
Excellent customer service skills
You should be confident with computers
Your telephone manner must be positive and friendly
Good attention to detail is important
It would be an advantage if you have experience working in complaints handling.
Option 1 – Mon / Thurs / Friday 5pm – 8pm , Sat 9am – 5pm, Sun 10am – 4pm
Option 2 – Mon / Tues / Thurs 11am – 8:00pm , Sat 9am – 5pm
8am – 5pm Monday to Friday with some evenings and weekends.
The job is temp to perm so ideally you should be looking for a permanent position.
