The HR Advisor will play an instrumental role in supporting major organisational change projects as well as day to day HR Advisory duties.
Our client is a Housing Association based in London
The HR Advisor will undertake the following duties:
Provide proactive, commercially focused advice to managers and staff on the full range of HR policies and processes to deliver outcomes that are consistent with best practice, high performance and employee engagement.
Support HR colleagues in delivering change management processes including restructures and redeployment
Lead all statutory ER processes and provide support on ER processes with managers, including facilitating and arranging mediation to resolve internal disputes & grievances
Coach line managers in HR/ER processes in order to improve knowledge and performance.
Produce and update policy, procedure and process documents to ensure these are legally compliant and consistent with best practice and corporate objectives.
Michael Page are looking for an HR Advisor with the following qualities:
A strong breadth of HR Advisory experience within a complex organisation
Demonstrable experience of conducting the full range of ER related matters, up to and including dismissal/appeal
Experience with supporting on organisational change projects is a distinct advantage
Strong, up to date employment law knowledge
Excellent communication skills
A personable, can-do attitude
Degree & CIPD Qualification desirable
Immediate start, short term contract, hourly rate Â£20-21 per hour
