Your main duties will be to receive and process emergency, urgent and routine calls from members of the public, general practitioners, hospitals and other healthcare professionals and to assist with all other duties required to provide the best possible standard of care to all patients and other health care professionals.
You will be required to map read whilst taking down and following detailed instructions using an in-house database system. Full training will be provided and after your induction you will be required to make your own decisions on emergency situations.

Suitable candidates will be required to start on either the 4th January 2016 to commit to a full 4 weeks training Monday – Friday or the 1st February 2016 to commit to a full 4 weeks due to training Monday – Friday

You will be provided with a new rota every 4 weeks which will include days, nights and weekends between 8/10/ and 12 hour shifts across Monday – Sunday.

Our client requires a minimum of 2 GCSE’s (or equivalent) within Maths and English. Candidates will need excellent written and verbal communications skills and ideally call centre OR customer service experience. Previous experience within the NHS sector would be an advantage
