Urgent requirement – Field Service Engineer – Coffee Machines
My client is a engineering services provider who have been established since 1990. Over the last 25 years the company has grown to provide repair and maintenance services for espresso machines (both traditional and automatic) to a diverse range of clients across the whole of the UK.
You will be responsible for carrying out PPM and repair of the full range of customers equipment for a variety of customers in the catering, hotel and restaurant trade. This will mean sometimes working under pressure but still maintaining a professional manner at all times, therefore good customer service skills are essential.
The company works on a diverse range of machines so this will be a challenging and stimulating role which will require a talented engineer with a good deal of imagination. After product training you will be field based, visiting clients throughout the region responding to maintenance calls and periodic visits to customers.
To be considered for this post the client requires:
* Proven professional experience in the diagnosis and repair of faults in automatic and / or traditional espresso equipment
* A calm and methodical manner
In return the company offers a starting salary of Â£24,000, rising to Â£25,000 with on call allowance, overtime, mobile phone and Company vehicle with realstic OTE’s of Â£28-29k.
