Interim Deputy Head – Alternative Provision
On behalf of one of our client schools we are recruiting an interim Deputy Head for an alternative provision in the Bedfordshire/Cambridgeshire area.
To apply you need a proven track record of leadership and management success in EBD/SEBD settings. You need a calm and non-confrontational approach and have excellent performance management and coaching skills. The role requires someone who is comfortable with the operational aspects of management as well as having strategic vision and strong change management skills. You will be well supported in the role and this is a good opportunity to support a vulnerable client group. Your remit will include learning and teaching and behaviour. The role is an immediate start and is for a 3 to 6 month period in the first instance. There may be an opportunity to take up the post on a permanent basis but initially our client is considering experienced interim managers.
