The Surrey based Sponsorship Sales Executive will sell sponsorship opportunities across an events portfolio. Ensuring that revenue forecasts is achieved and exceeded where possible. In this sense, the Sponsorship Sales Executive will both proactively seek out new business – and manage accounts.

Client Details

Our client facilitates conferencing and exhibitions across five continents but are specifically looking for a Sponsorship Sales Executive, to be based out of their Surrey office. Our client provides businesses with the opportunity to develop and expand their markets through new business relationships. With a portfolio of developed brands our client are a leader within the industry.


Sponsorship Sales Executive key Responsibilities include:

Individual sales generation, as well as handling second tier accounts
Managing the floor plan, contracts, the database, sales mailings, and sales letters
Creating bespoke proposals, sales reports, activity reports, features, and input into the strategy and content of the show
Liaising with other internal departments/functions – marketing, operations, conferences, account PR etc
Administer booking options, draw up and issue contracts, ensure return of booking options, sales contracts and payments, and advise customers on registration, sector, location arrangements, etc
You will also be expected to help out on shows as and when required, ensuring a visible presence for clients and delegates
You will assist the Sales Manager in wider sales responsibilities – planning, strategy, new revenue streams, sub-sector launches, content planning, and delivery of contractual obligations.


The Sponsorship Sales Executive will bring the following to the role:

Proven track record with Exhibition, Delegate or Sponsorship sales within conferencing and exhibitions
Demonstrable success against commercial sales targets
Pro-active attitude towards new business
Excellent communication skills
Efficient CRM and organisational skills
Job Offer

The Sponsorship Sales Executive salary package include a £25-30K pa basic, performance related bonus, 23 days holiday and further company benefits. You must be able to commute to Surrey on a daily basis and be available to start immediately.
