New Homes Sales Administrator sought in the Staines area.

Our Client is one of the UK’s leading premier New Home builders and is looking for a Sales Administrator in Surrey.

Role responsibilities:

Receiving reservations from Sales Advisors and progressing them
Liaising with solicitors
Generating weekly sales reports
Maintain database up to date with sales prices and legal completion dates.

Candidate requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within the New Homes Industry or Estate Agency
High level of proficiency in MS Office Products
Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
Basic accounting experience and paralegal experience would be advantageous
Excellent planning and organising skills
Ability to show a high level of confidentiality
Willing to take on new responsibilities
Working hours 8.30am until 5.15pm Monday to Friday. Our client offers to the right candidate a flat salary of £24,500 a year. Job description available.
