They are now looking to add to their team of extremely talented and motivated individuals and are looking for a highly driven recruiter to join the recruitment team at their Manila operations.


The role of Recruiter acts as a talent acquisition specialist contributing to the firm’s success by developing and implementing staffing strategies to identify high-quality, diverse candidates for technology positions, sourcing these globally. You will concentrate on active and passive candidate generation for positions across multiple functional groups and act as a staffing subject matter expert, creating robust talent externally and promoting the company as employer of choice. You will:

Drive a consistent pan-Asian/European approach to recruitment and selection and pro-actively partner with business units to ensure the talent acquisition strategy delivers the right candidate at the right time to meet current and future business needs.
Support the business by providing a quality driven, cost effective and timely end to end recruitment solutions to the designated units, drawing insights from analytics to make the hiring process smarter and more efficient.
Deliver a full range of recruitment services providing a positive and professional experience to both candidates and hiring managers. Establish processes, a multitude of sourcing channels and collaborate on recruitment process improvement projects and initiatives.
Ensure the recruitment process meets legal and quality requirements, that use of recruitment tools and processes is optimized, and that the business has relevant data on recruitment activity and costs.
Be accountable for building the brand as an Employer of Choice through external marketing activity (including social media) and the candidate experience

Work with HR Managers/Generalists and business unit and department Hiring Managers to understand strategic business objectives and organizational design to proactively develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.

In consultation with key stakeholders formulate and recommend recruitment and selection objectives, methods, processes and policies.
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: identify focused recruitment campaigns for active and passive candidates to ensure that the firm attracts and retains high-quality diverse talent, conduct post interview debrief meetings to select finalists, make job offers, negotiate with candidates and close offers
Partner with hiring managers in the selection process, where appropriate, attending interviews to support hiring managers
Conduct interview debriefs at all stages with both hiring managers and candidates to uncover any potential issues, handle objections and pre-close both parties.
Develop a pool of tools for use including exercises, interview questions, psychometrics, etc. and advise managers on which tools to use for which position

A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
Strong computer skills: Social Media, Linked In, Twitter, Job Boards, applicant tracking systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Excellent English both spoken and written
Experience of direct sourcing for talent, including interviewing, negotiating and closing offers as well as the ability to support the team in developing these skills
Demonstrable experience recruiting at all executive levels including senior level recruitment on a global basis
Recruitment experience within a high volume environment
A strong understanding of best practice recruitment processes and practices with a demonstrable track record of handling multiple vacancies across a variety of locations and disciplines
Self-directed and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
Significant experience in social media, technology, Internet sourcing and on-line recruitment tools
Eligibiity to work in the Philippines
