The People & Organization Development department was established in 2012 to help this high-growth, multinational company effectively and efficiently attract, assess, reward, excite, and retain its travel professionals. The People team now has 40 members who perform vital functions, including
identifying, acquiring, and assessing talent
enabling and assisting with global mobility as new employees relocate to join in Bangkok, or as current employees relocate to new offices
conducting tailored learning and leadership development programs to invest in and upskill our talent
ensuring people are paid fairly and that cost-effective benefits are offered that allow to attract and retain top talent
addressing performance and non-performance-related workplace issues that arise from time to time so that the business remains a productive, collaborative work environment

We expect the successful candidate to bring his or her prior knowledge, quantitative acumen, and relevant implementation experience to the role.
This is a key position within the People team and is expected to work cross functionally across the department to drive adoption of innovative best practices, integrated processes and enhanced customer service to establish a strong foundation from which to build this firm’s brand as an employer of choice.
The People Service Delivery Senior Specialist will play a critical role in building a new function that is initially focused on delivering an improved employee experience for their 700+ new hires and internal transfers that relocate with them annually. Over time, we expect the successful candidate’s team to grow and incorporate other core employee lifecycle activities such as new hire activities and immigration.
Manage and coordinate global employee mobility services, including offer processing, relocation and immigration services for new international hires, global relocation and assignment
Manage escalations, ensure appropriate stakeholders are aware and that matters are resolved in timely matter
Diagnose and recommend People service’s process improvement solutions. This includes defining and collecting service metrics, identify root cause and improvement opportunities, and suggest improvement solutions
Guide cross-functional team and support the implementation of people services transformation initiatives
Identify development opportunities and provide support to build professional growth of people on the team

2 years of working experience with visas, immigration, global mobility and/or relocation services preferred
Self-driven and strong analytical thinking
Excellent project management skills, capable of managing complex and competing priorities
Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting company guidelines to make decision on appropriate solution
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset that enables working with a multi-cultural group of professionals Ability to use influencing skills to work with stakeholders to reach acceptable solutions
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in Shared Services or process improvement a strong plus
Experience in HR, Workday or HRIS systems a strong plus
Bachelor’s degree required; legal backgrounds a strong plus
