Our client has an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join a team in supporting the Managed Portfolio Services Team (MPS) and Investment Management Directors. This role is the perfect opportunity for the right candidate to further their skills and knowledge in providing support and assisting teams and executives.
Your main responsibilities will include sorting, scanning, logging and distributing post, email saving, diary management, meeting preparation including organising documentation, confirming receipt of new business and maintaining it via the access introducers database and establishing and maintaining compliant client accounts via Figaro database.
You will establish yourself as the first point of contact for their clients, building strong working relationships that result in clients confidently and readily contacting you in the first instance with any administrative queries. Embracing a proactive and positive approach you will use initiative to develop your role to continuously provide an exceptional service.
They are looking for a self-motivated administrator who is able to work without supervision and prioritise their own workload effectively. You will possess good communication and social skills and will be computer literate on Microsoft Office.
