Our client is a major food manufacturer for an ethnic catering and ready-meal industry serving wholesale and retail outlets in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Europe.

Our client is currently seeking to appoint a dynamic sales executive with a proven track record in a target driven sales environment.

This is a FANTASTIC opportunity to join a progressive and well established business.

Key Responsibilities

To manage and be responsible for all new and existing UK-based customers.
To generate new leads and contacts while consolidating the existing customer base with a view to maximising sales opportunities;
To be responsible for securing sales appointments;
To promote and secure sales to achieve agreed targets for a designated territory;
To actively optimise sales by working in partnership with the company’s internal sales team to achieve company wide sales targets;
Generate new business opportunities by targeting sales efforts in areas of market penetration and new business opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate local and regional market trends.
Identify and qualify opportunities to develop them into long-term business relationships;
Develop and drive forward customer account strategy;
Develop a solid revenue pipeline that meets or exceeds agreed quotas;
Create and continually update aggressive sales plans with critical tasks geared to generating all potential opportunities with each customer;
Maintain Optimal Customer Relations, including regular visits to customer facilities throughout UK & Europe.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:

Sound commercial acumen and decision making ability.
Ability to plan and execute sales strategies.
Ability to apply effective sales techniques.
Ability to deliver sales targets and order closure.
Strong skills in leadership, communication and customer relationship management.
Good skills in information processing and negotiation.
Strong organisational skills.
Good analytical and numeric skills.
Must be a self-starter with initiative and good time management skills;
Strong desire to succeed with enthusiasm and drive to achieve KPIs;
An ability to communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese would be an advantage but not essential for this role.

Immediate Start for the RIGHT candidate !!

Working Hours: 9am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)

£22,000 (Negotiable) + OTE – Pool car + mobile phone +30days Holiday
