My client, a leading private hospital are looking for an experienced Chef/Cook to assist in the production of good quality nutritious meals for patients and staff.
You will be working within a small team and often working alone.
Job: Hospital Chef
Hours: Shift rota comprising of – 7am – 3pm and 10am – 6pm Monday to Friday(occasional evening and weekend work)
Pay rate: Â£7.00 – Â£9.00 depending on experience
Length: Temp ongoing
The right candidate will be capable of:
Working in a safe and hygienic manner at all times
Able to take directions and complete in strict time restraints
Make fresh breakfast items, sandwiches, salads and snacks
Cook nutritious and delicious home cooked food
Assist in menu planning
Manage stock appropriately
Assist in ordering stock
Any other duties as requested by senior members of the team
The successful candidate will be expected to complete a DBS prior to beginning of assignment
