As a Project Coordinator working for a growing IT solutions company in the City you will be responsible for managing orders and projects from after the sale through to the handover and sign off by the customer. You will be customer facing with a strong attention to detail and will have experience in a project coordinator, provisioning, service delivery or similar role within an ISP/Managed services/Telecoms company. The company are offering the suitable candidate the opportunity to join a leading, established yet growing business and progress through the company. The role is mainly offices based with some field work
and you will be responsible for the following:
*Ensuring all installation dates are met and carried out to specification
*All aspects of the order/project including updating systems, billing tasks, updating the customer, chasing the suppliers/carriers, arranging access for the supplier/carriers
*Ensuring the customers projects are being delivered on time
*Contribute and drive process improvement within service delivery
*Check customer orders and resolve any issues
*Order the services, hardware, software, 3rd party services required for each customer order
*Liaising with 3rd parties
*Providing reports and updates weekly/monthly forecasts
*Monitoring and managing stock levels
As a Project Coordinator you will have at least 18 months experience in a similar role ideally in an ISP/carrier/managed services company and will have experience of at least 2 of the following carrier processes – Virgin Media, Vodafone, Talk Talk Business, BT Wholesale, Colt, BT Openreach or SSE. You will be familiar with carrier Ethernet products and broadband services (ADSL).
You will ideally be educated to degree level and have some experience of managing resources. You will be a strong communicator, enjoy working with customers, thrive in a high pressured environment and will be a self-starter.

Salary is between Â£30,000 – Â£35,000 depending on experience + Benefits including 22 days holiday + Bank holidays + childcare vouchers
