Creating stock profiles and cleanses using customer sales data provided via various sources.
Tracking profiles through the system and arranging collections with the relevant departments.
Liaising with the sales team and prioritising a busy workflow.
Reporting vital sales and customer analysis to the board.
Generating credit information for the Finance department.
Contacting customers with any discrepancies or questions.
Maintaining data spreadsheets and customer contact email addresses
Dealing with customer enquiries and queries via e-mail or phone and directing to the relevant departments.
Generating price files and cross references for customer and Sales Managers
Monthly new to range mail outs.
Key measures of success

Immediate response and follow up to all customer requests
Ability to clearly summarise the analysis carried out
Completion of scheduled tasks in a timely manner
The Candidate

Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

Excellent numeracy skills
Excellent numeracy skills – Logical and thorough work process as attention to detail is essential
High levels of accuracy
Well organised
Excellent knowledge of Excel would be preferable – In house training can also be arranged
Ability to prioritize and manage their own workload
