Due to our continued success, we have an opening for an experienced Visual/Interaction Designer (UI/UX) on a permanent basis in our London office.

Role Overview
The role of the Visual/Interaction Designer (UI/UX) is to make the invisible and the complex easy to understand. You`ll be confronted with spreadsheets, bad interactions and written concepts then tasked with transforming them into accessible, easy-to-use prototypes or information designs.

The Visual/Interaction Designer (UI/UX) will collaborate with UX researchers and Business Consultants.

The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in plain English (we do not speak Academic English or insider jargon), have the ability to effectively transform data and ideas into beautiful information design – wireframes, storyboards, mock-ups, presentations. You should also possess a mild obsession with technology and the future of mashing together media.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong industry-standard software tools experience – Adobe Creative Suite ((Photoshop / Illustrator / In Design), PowerPoint, Sketch, Keynote, InVision – as well as Pen, Pencil, Paper.
  • Must have interaction design experience.
  • Sensitivity to colour, typography, and the grid.
  • Comfortable with creating Style Guides.
  • Demonstrate project management skills.
  • Self-motived and showing initiative.
  • Excellent analysis and written/oral communication skills.
  • An outgoing and confident personality.
