Sellick Partnership have been approached to recruit a HSE Administrator to work alongside the Health and Safety Department for a civil engineering business based in Greater Manchester. The business has seen a huge growth and will continue to through the award of future contracts. Due to this, this role will require someone who can work under pressure and in a busy environment in order to deal with the input and analysed of a large workforce.

This role would suit someone who can think on their feet, is a strong communicator and is able to work in an ever changing busy environment.

The role:

*Maintenance of the bespoke reports for the business.
*Ensuring all Tool Box Talks are issued and sign on registers are received back and recorded
*Inputting all site audits these can be received electronically or manually
*Raising corrective actions
*Managing the corrective actions and ensuring the relevant department is aware of these and the timescales allocated for closure.
*Filing
*Recording of near miss reporting received both electronically and manually
*Run Analysis reports of near misses to look for trends across the business
*Input vehicle check sheets and driver defect sheets to be recorded on the bespoke monthly reports
*Each Friday there is a weekly report to be run and sent out to all Project Managers and Site Supervisors
*Excavate and Lay Report to be updated weekly regarding audits and sent out to the Ops Manager who will cascade this and deal with missing information himself.
