Inbound Call Centre Advisors
Great transport links. Close to local rail station and on commuter bus routes.
Salary: Â£7.25 – Â£7.50 per hour
We are looking for the very best Call Centre Advisors for a new job in the Warrington area. Taking calls from customers who have a general enquiry about their account. Your job will be answering any questions the customer has, resolving any potential issues and updating the in-house system accordingly.
There are no sales targets involved within this role.
Working between 8am and 10pm Monday – Friday, 9-6 Saturday with NO SUNDAY WORKING!!!

What you will be doing
Consistently exceed the expectations of the customer
Resolving any issues the customer may have with the order they have recently placed
Delivering an unrivalled level of customer service
Communicate in a professional and genuine way with customers and colleagues
Take ownership of ensuring the needs of your customer are of paramount importance
Be a knowledgeable expert in all products and tariffs
Be ready and willing to welcome change and learn all new policies, procedures and development of products and services
Listen to the customer, understand their needs and use responses to sell the best possible service that suits their requirements
Be responsible for sensitive customer data
Record conversations with all customers you speak to
You will have
Experience within a call and contact centre or in a face to face sales and customer service environment in a previous job role
Be competent and confident on a PC
You must be able to pass a credit check to meet the requirements of this role
You must be able to provide references for every job you have worked in for the last 3 years and have not been dismissed from any previous roles.
