At Kangacrew we work with Day Nurseries and Pre-Schools, providing staff for both temporary and permanent positions. We are currently recruiting for Unqualified/Qualified Nursery Assistants in the Swindon area. We are looking for people who are passionate about working with children, as well as being flexible and proactive in their approach.

What we are looking for
We are looking for reliable, committed, bright and energetic Qualified and Unqualified Practitioners with a pro-active ‘can do’ approach to work and clear enthusiasm for children’s care and learning. The ideal applicant will have flexibility and versatility, prepared to commit to new roles whole-heartedly.
Purpose of the role
To identify and follow the best practice within the nursery, making sure it is maintained and safe for the children. To ensure each individual child within the room is cherished, happy and stimulated with appropriate activities. To provide incredible service to each child, so that they get what they want, creating a trusting and friendly atmosphere within your setting.
