An experienced Administrator is required to join a large public sector organisation based in Gateshead. The role is full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm and the job role involves:

  • working in the busy planned works team
  • organizing and booking in surveys with tenants and the relevant surveyors
  • Putting together site packs for tenants
  • Ensuring that tenants are fully aware of all works going ahead
  • Ordering stock and supplies
  • liaising with the tenant liaison Officers and site managers
  • general office administration: taking incoming calls, letter writing, filing, data entry, using the company in house system, emails etc

The successful candidate must have:

  • extensive previous administration experience
  • Ideally have experience of working within social housing and construction
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Good IT skills
