My client based in Meriden is currently seeking to appoint an Outbound Customer Service Advisor.
This is a full time, and permanent position with a starting salary of Â£13,500 – after 6 months of service you will be entitled to commission of Â£6000 OTE.
You are responsible for providing outbound telephone support to Service Centre users of my clients software, by doing this you will be ensuring that users are aware of any overdue requests andÂ the importance of actioning these requests within the appropriate timescales.
To make outbound calls to customers and advise them of overdue responses.
To be capable of talking a user through the process of accepting, declining and offering alternates dates to Booking
Requests as to educate them to do it themselves.
To be capable of talking users through responding to system requests
To ensure the set targets for calls made and bookings are adhered to.
To escalate to Network Support any issues that prevents users from actioning Booking
To liaise with second line support as necessary whilst an escalated fault is being fixed.
To Proactively advise customers of best system practises
