IT Service Desk Analyst – Legal environment, Windows Desktop, Hardware, Software, Bighand. You will be responsible for supporting internal Legal staff, both face to face and over the phone, to resolve technical queries on both legal and financial systems. This is an extremely successful law firm with an international presence who need a talented IT Analyst to join their technical team. You will have technical support experience including Windows Desktop, PC Software and Hardware, Email and Telephony systems. In your previous support roles you will also have gained experience with remote desktop support tools and have experience of incident and problem management. Technical support experience in a Legal environment is required.
