You will be a versatile, polite and articulate individual, ideally with proven experience in dealing with incoming telephone calls, contacting customers and colleagues, and carrying out administrative tasks.
Nicol Hughes Foodservice is the premier supplier of frozen, chilled and ambient products in North West England and North Wales. We operate a fleet of multi-temperature vans from our purpose built warehouse in Chester, delivering to a wide range of catering customers throughout the region.
Supporting the management team, your responsibilities will include:
Responding promptly to incoming telephone calls from customers and colleagues.
Conveying messages and information to colleagues as appropriate.
Carrying out administrative tasks as required.

Your experience and qualifications should include:
Telephone based customer sales and service
Working within a small team in an office based environment
Competency in IT
In the first instance, you will be working 4 days per week from Thursday to Sunday inclusive, 9am to 5pm.
