Ambitious Facilities Management Graduate – ideally with some experience within the facilities management sector is needed for a busy role within a leading property firm in London. They offer outstanding career opportunities for an ambitious, focused Facilities Management Graduate. Supporting an FM Operations Manager, you will be providing contract administration support as well as dealing with tenants, leases, health & safety and FM contractors. You will be given a great introduction to the sector, though ideally you will have some previous FM experience:

* Support the FM Operations Manager to ensure all reporting requirements for lease agreements are adhered to.
* Assisting the FM Operations Manager in gathering data and preparing Board and management reports.
* Provide the Finance Team and Tenant with all required cost information.
* Assisting the FM Operations Manager in ensuring that properties are maintained in a condition that provides a safe and comfortable environment for our tenants.
* Carrying out checks on Facilities Management (FM) maintenance records to ensure compliance with the lease agreements.
* Assisting the General Manager and FM Operations Manager in managing Health and Safety systems and processes in all aspects of the business.
* Ensuring that the processes and systems in place to monitor customer satisfaction are adhered to and that levels of satisfaction are kept high.
* Support the FM Operations Manager and General Manager with ad hoc tasks to ensure the requirements of the lease agreements are adhered to, and the outputs of the Business Plan are delivered.
