Administrator – Engineering Department – Middlesex – Circa Â£19,000pa
A leading global Aerospace Group who is engaged in the manufacture and maintenance of products used within the aerospace industry are now recruiting for an Administrator.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administration support to the engineering department ensuring all relevant documentation is recorded and distributed in line with company procedures.
Responsibilities include; maintaining engineering databases, printing and issuing of documents to the drawing office, filing of original documents in Engineering, maintain record of customer documents, raise change notes and engineering report numbers, upload engineering reports, update engineering holiday chart, generate weekly / monthly reports, produce documents to support the work of the engineers, e.g. Compliance Statements.
The vacancy is located in Middlesex and commutable from Sunbury on Thames, Kingston Upon Thames, Walton on Thames, Shepperton, Feltham, Molesey, Hampton or Ashford and surrounding areas.
